We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we make returns simple.

Return Window

You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items that have been opened or used
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer for online payments, or store credit for COD orders).
